So, here it is Tripuri welcomes  2012,the year of the Water Dragon (yes I am born in the year of the water dragon) by starting something new with the help of the wonderful Deb Hoy who is working with me at the moment, getting to grips with WordPress so I can keep my website up to date!! Lots of new beginnings. This I travel to join fellow masters at Oxonhoath Kent for a wonderful retreat The Alchemy of Now….I am told there are good things in store.

So I am back…. what a  weekend. We started with a wonderful bonfire ,  contempleting the molten heat sparks of hope reaching up to the night, and then yoga, dance song , circles, water wishes. reiki and then a gong bath. I experienced wondrous visions of an oceanic wave,  the sheer power of it….such a connection like being reborn.

We had chanting and tabla playing in the evening, and wove a web after more yoga….Many thanks to Mel Hoffstead and Cynthia Faust Lamb and all the magical  people who joined us in this opening to 2012

Thursday  Feb 2nd well my birthday Imbolc….starts with the Alzheimers Society Norfok.giving treatments to patients and carers alike and the off to London to  teach Reiki One, it is all go!!

So I have just spent an awesomely good weekend teaching a Reiki 2nd degree class in Norwich.

The focus was Sending Reiki to yourself, physically and to facilitate your own life/personal development/spiritual potential
